Since 1946 and the first ski lift, Les 2 Alpes has always been innovating and developing its slopes, guided by the evolution of skiing. An ever-wider range of pistes has become a playground for young and old. In addition to traditional maintenance and improvement work on the slopes, replacement of lifts, and the development of artificial snow production, the resort has made room to the new wave of snow sports with the creation of the SLIDE zone. This innovative concept allows each and everyone to safely discover all of today’s new skiing activities. Ledges, waterfalls, canyons, gullies, etc., including a 900 m / 2,952 feet-long boardercross and new facilities for kids.
Les 2 Alpes is equipped with a wide range of high-performance ski lifts, so you can spend more of your time having fun skiing. Discover, for example, the powerful Jandri Express, the impressive Dôme funicular, or the new 8-seat, high-speed Glaciers chair lift.
Located about 210 km from Geneva Airport, Les Deux Alpes can either be accessed by using public transportation or by car. If you decide to take the car from Geneva you need to take the A1/E25 across the boarder to France and further towards Annecy. Once passed Annecy, head towards Chambéry. Close to Saint-Martin-d'Hères you need to take the exit towards Grenoble Centre and immediately head for Eybens. From there you arrive Les Deux Alpes via Pass Vizille and Séchilienne after a total driving time of approximately 2 hours 45 minutes.
