Vista Vallarta in the Banderas Bay area offers a splendid view of the bay and of Puerto Vallarta and Sierra Madre Mountains. The golfers enjoy the ocean breeze, the beautiful greens, and the yet challenging course making it the must play course in the region. The course opened in April 2001 and its first course at Vista Vallarta is a Signature Design by Jack Nicklaus. This course is characterized by grassy hillsides, dense forest of Palm and giant Ficas trees, natural creeks and arroyos providing its golfers with the perfect setting. The second course was opened in November 2001 designed by Tom Weiskopf providing Vista Vallarta with a dramatic contrast from its first course. On this course the terrain is extreme with dense jungles, deep ravines and swift creeks.
