Rocky Banks

Description
The beauty of the Yemeni coastal areas on the Red Sea, Arab sea and around the islands is unforgettable. The richness of marine life, and the availability of the coral reefs make the whole area ideal for relaxing and diving. Almost 90% of the Yemen coastline are completely undived until today. Yemen is still an insider-tip among travellers and mass tourism is completely unknown. Giant moray eels, lobsters and shoals of different species of fish can be found, and fans of macro-photography will certainly be rewarded here. On the open ocean dive sites, giant groups of dolphins are a very common sight, and as a special attraction whale sharks and manta rays start to come to the area with the beginning of march. Around Al Mukalla, you will find an abundance of fish probably never seen before. You could almost dare to say "that you cannot see the water because of all the fish" - in any case you will be overwhelmed by the amount and the diversity of the underwater world.
