The Rezidencija Skiper comprises the area of about 140 000 m² and consists of 3 residential buildings with 180 apartments, fully comfortably and functionally furnished and equipped, 61 new apartments, 10 villas and an a la carte restaurant. The pride of the settlement is the arranged landscape with a variety of Mediterranean plants. Even the most demanding guest will feel comfortable in our tourist complex. On the beach is a sunbathing platform with a surface of 3600 m², directly in front of the apartment complex on a 2 600 m² large sun terrace are 2 swimming-pools with fresh water at disposal: a children’s swimming-pool with 120 m² surface of water with entertainment facilities as well as one swimming- pool for adults with 230 m² surface of water. The bar at the swimming-pool offers a large variety of drinks. In the southern part of the complex, overlooking the neighboring fields, there are a parking place and sport facilities – four tennis courts (green set), a multifunctional playground for mini football and basketball, a beach volley, a children’s playground and a bar with non-alcoholic drinks. The whole area is watched over. "Kempinski Hotels", the oldest luxury hotel group worldwide, has signed a co-operation agreement with "Rezidencija Skiper" located on the beautiful coastline of Alberi near Savudrija (Istria). Absolutely new on the program are the 5-star Kempinski Hotel Adriatic, the conference centre sited directly on the sea, with its own marina for 38 yachts of up to 35 meters, the 18-hole golf course, and 25 new luxury villas. In the spring of 2008, this unique and superb luxury leisure-time oasis on the Adriatic coast will be completed.
Location description
The Rezidencija Skiper is a tourist complex in Istria owned by the company „Rezidenzija Skiper“, situated in the north-western part of the Croatian Adriatic Sea in Alberi near Savudrija in the surroundings of Umag. From Alberi there is a beautiful view of the neighboring Slovenian and Italian coast and even of the Alps. One of great the advantages of this complex is its accessibility thanks to a very convenient location.
