The small town of Gueydan in Louisiana hosts an annual four-day festival devoted to every aspect of the duck, whether you like observing them, racing them, cooking them, hearing them quack or simply using them as an excuse to party...
The line-up always includes plenty of live music, a parade and duck-related activities such as shooting (sorry about that), carving (with wood) and a cook-off.
