The Chateau Thomas Winery was only founded in 1984, but it has quickly built up a good reputation, is currently expanding and offers free tastings seven days a week.
Tours and tastings vary in price according to the package selected and the size of the group. There are wine cellar tours and tastings with optional souvenirs, cheese plates, lectures, private lessons and barrel tasting.
The Tasting Bar offers samples of the 23 wines produced at the winery. If you want more, you can buy by the glass or the bottle and enjoy a drink on the patio with gourmet deli food. The gift shop sells everything for winemaking at home, as well as wine racks and clothing.
