The Life Centre's Fit For Fun exhibition combines having fun with staying fit by teaching visitors health facts through fun and games. Find out what the Skipamatic Skipobot is and get involved with some spiral hopscotch...
The three educational zones are: The Playground, where you can exercise by playing games including spiral hopscotch and the Skipamatic Skipobot; The Kitchen, where you are invited to play with your food to learn about eating habits; and The BodyZone, where you can find out what your body fat percentage is.
You'll come away with a new zest for life and a strong will to stay fit and healthy!
