Held over three days at Donington Park, the Download Festival features more heavy rock bands than you can shake a studded wristband at. Headliners in 2008 are Kiss, The Offspring and Lost Prophets.
Other highlights of the extensive bill include Judas Priest, Incubus, Motorhead, Jimmy Eat World, Simple Plan, HIM, Ash, Kid Rock and Children of Bodom.
