All Tomorrow's Parties are back with their first weekender of 2008 at Pontins in Camber Sands, ATP vs Pitchfork, in conjunction with the US music portal.
The festival rocks for three days and nights, providing a veritable feast of entertainment for revellers including films, DJs and lots of live music. Bands perform each day until around midnight, followed by DJs who keep the dance floor jumping until the early hours with the support of a late bar. The next day you can do it all over again, or chill out while watching television programmed by the curators.
Highlights of the programme include, from ATP's corner, Ween, Sebadoh, Meat Puppets, Marissa Nadler and Black Mountain, while Pitchfork bring you Of Montreal, Los Campesinos, Les Savy Fav, Hot Chip, Black Lips, The Hold Steady and The Clientele.
