Pack up your easels and brushes and head for Geneva this September, as the world's largest open-air painting workshop, Art'Air, takes over the city. Around 350 budding and established artists demonstrate their talent in five different locations.
Anyone with an artistic interest can take part in the competition and painters are an eclectic mix of professionals and amateurs. Participants can select from a variety of mediums, from watercolour and pastel to acrylics and oils.
Bright and early on Saturday morning, artists take to Geneva's streets and set to work depicting five famous places in and around the city, including the lakeside, the old town and the Ile Rousseau. The public is then invited to admire the final works in the Plainpalais on Sunday, where prizes are awarded to the artists that best encapsulate Geneva's charm.
