Stockholm's trendy Södermalm district is the place to be any night of the year, but especially this one. Over 15,000 runners participate in the annual ten-kilometre Midnight Race (Midnattsloppet), with samba and festivities spilling out onto the streets.
There's a shorter version for the kids to run too.
