The annual Kalottjazz & Blues Festival takes place in the northern border towns of Tornio and Haparanda, where Finnish and Swedish cultures quite literally come together.
Top Scandinavian and international artists perform in the concert halls, squares and clubs of both towns, joined by visitors from all over Europe. The festival website publishes full details of the programme as soon as they are available.
