The El Grifo Wine museum in Lanzarote contains a large collection of old-fashioned barrel-making and wine-producing equipment, from manually-operated grape presses to primitive bottling devices.
The collection is housed in a historical cellar built on the site of solidified lava from the 1775 eruption. The interior is very simple and rustic, suiting the objects on display. There is also a gift shop offering decanters, wine and other drinking paraphernalia.
