Victim of current Moscow refurbishment frenzy, one half of TsUM (accessed from Neglinnaya Ulitsa.) looks (and sounds) like a building site. You'd never know it inside, however, where upmarket concessions continue trading on the first four floors. It is a fashionista's paradise with the likes of Alexander McQueen, Pucci, Donna Karan, Dolce & Gabana, Armani and Gucci to browse. Should they wish, men can find refuge in the electronics department on the fifth floor.
