An unpretentious crowd occupies the wooden tables of Bucharest's Laptaria Enache. Hidden on the fourth floor of the National Theatre, the plainly decorated bar is great for a relaxed beer in the afternoon and drinking to live music at night.
The bar's lobby is decorated with memorabilia dedicated to Tristan Tzara, the French-Romanian founder of the Dadaist movement. In the summer months, the action moves to the terrace, known as La Motor, on the adjacent roof of the theatre.
