Lisbon Pride, or Arrail Pride as the locals call it, is the high point of the year for Portugal's gay and lesbian community, as 10,000 people come out on the streets to celebrate.
This year's parade starts at 3pm in the heart of the city at the Praça do Marquês de Pombal and proceeds down the Avenida da Liberdade. The Arrail pride party starts at 9pm, but the venue has yet to be finalised. Please visit the festival website for updates and more information.
