Theatrical performances take over Gdansk's historic streets for the annual International Street & Open-Air Theatres Festival (FETA). Visitors from as far afield as Australia, Norway and Russia perform alongside Polish companies.
The first festival was in 1997, since when small juggling shows and monumental expressive performances, mimes, stilt walkers, dancers and stories from every corner of the world have contributed to the rich landscape of the festivities.
