The Bergen Nightjazz Festival hosts more than 60 concerts at the former sardine factory USF Verftet and other venues around town, offering what the organisers describe as "modern jazz at the junction between jazz, rock and folk music".
Highlights of the line-up for 2008 include Medeski, Martin & Wood, Bryan Ferry, Mike Stern, Jon Hassell and Tinariwen.
