Inspired by the annual fashion weeks in Milan, New York and Paris, Amsterdam International Fashion Week hosts a series of events, exhibitions and shows across the city.
The AIFW programme combines commerce with creativity. Alongside the catwalk shows, the week's programme features window-display competitions, lectures, exhibitions, retail initiatives, parties and great sample sales from a number of up-and-coming designers.
