On the 11th floor of a former post office building, 11 is a bar, club, restaurant and "space" for art and creativity. In other words, achingly cool. The terrace is a perfect spot for summer evening drinks. Be aware that the entrance looks like a construction site, and you go up in a creaking goods lift.
