The annual French Festival takes place throughout Acapulco city and offers a multitude of events that cement cultural links between Mexico and France.

The French famously pride themselves on their fashion sense and their gastronomic expertise, and so it is only natural that the festival features a suitably glamorous fashion show and a high quality food fair.

The Cinépolis Galerías Diana and the Teatro Juan Ruíz de Alarcón both show French and Mexican films and well-known national and French literary figures give talks on their specialised subjects. Last but not least, local and French DJs keep the beats flowing throughout the event.
