Riga's International Festival of Animation Films, or Bimini, comes to the capital's enormous Coca-Cola Plaza cinema. Taking over Screen 10 for a week, the festival programmes more than 200 films from over 30 countries.

There are numerous prizes. In 2007 the Grand Prix went to Mati Kutt's Institute of the Dream from Estonia, while the best adult film was the Swiss Apple Pie and the best children's film South Korea's Mug Travel.
