This event in Olevano Romano is an occasion marked in red on the calendar of those who enjoy Mediterranean wine. For a week in late August the town celebrates its most famous export, the delicious wine known as the Cesanese.
Everyone gets involved with the event and live music, fireworks and costume parades take over the town. The festive atmosphere is no doubt helped by the numerous stands that give out free samples of wine on request.
