Solemar is Europe's highest spa. No matter what the season, the water is never cold. Swim in temperatures between 28°C and 37°C, work up a sweat in the sauna and steam room, or relax in the bubbling jacuzzis and whirlpools.
Underwater massage points pummel the body to relieve aches and pains, making sure that visitors feel like they are walking on air by the time they leave, while there are water aerobics every hour for those that are feeling more active.
Solemar also houses a spacious sauna complex, which includes the relaxing Meditation Sauna, the 95°C Mühlsteinsauna (Millstone Sauna) and a herbal garden. There are also therapeutic Kneipp baths to improve circulation and plunge pools when you need to cool off.
For a more intensive pampering session, a wide range of massages and treatments are available at a cost. These include underwater massage, lymph drainage therapy, reflexology and spinal therapy.
