Some 22 towns along the River Mosel play host to the Mosel Music Festival, one of Germany's biggest and most successful. The line-up includes classical, medieval, organ and world music, boogie, blues and jazz.
The concerts attract around 20,000 visitors and many acclaimed artists to the attractive valley. The festival website publishes the complete programme as soon as it is available.
