The Calvados is not only renowned for its apple liqueur, but also for its strong healthy horses. The Equi'days holds its main dressage and jumping shows in Deauville, while other races and shows take place in hippodromes around the region.
The horse-mad event is a meeting place for stable-hands, riders and enthusiasts from all over France.
