The small town of Colmars returns to its medieval roots once a year. The sights, sounds and smells of old are recreated in the winding streets for valiant knights and their damsels, or anyone else who happens to be passing through.
Musical spectacles, concerts and dances entertain the crowds during the two days of celebration. There is a big feast on the Saturday night, but you have to dress up, so it's only for those who want to "go medieval".
