The DTM week starts gently with chart and dance hits, building up to serious dance weekends of techno and trance, pop and house, handbag and nu-energy. Located in Punavuori, this is a gay-lesbian-transsexual club, but everyone is welcome.
Since opening in 1992, DTM has grown to become the largest gay cafe, bar and nightclub in Scandinavia. The club has made a great effort to fulfil its stated ambition to keep everyone happy. Part of this has involved investing heavily on the ambience and they create a laid-back environment for relaxing and socialising as well as dancing. Prepare for serious sounds too: these Finnish party pros have also installed a Turbosound sound system similar to the one in London's Heaven club.
