Copenhagen Cooking features ten days of tastings, debates, contests, markets, wine fairs and gourmet meals at discount prices.
Visitors get the chance to discuss Scandinavian food with local producers, food critics and chefs, and to sample local delicacies at the markets, fairs and tasting sessions. The festival is designed to encourage everyone to take part and prices are reduced at restaurants around the city so that everyone can sample the very best of Scandinavian cuisine.
