Lan Kwai Fong is considered Hong Kong's number one place to drink and dine. Every year it throws a street carnival which is a feast of non-stop entertainment and the best food around.

The area never needs much to get the party atmosphere going, but during the carnival magicians, fortune tellers, street performers and craft sellers are on hand to keep everyone entertained. The organisers also promise that "anyone who's anyone will be there" to add a little showbiz glitz.

The food section of the event is a must and several of the area's top eateries come together with a series of special menus, masterclasses, guest chefs and wine tastings.
