Canada's largest and longest-running holistic event, the Body, Soul and Spirit Expo at Calgary's Big Four Building in Stampede Park takes place in spring each year. Visitors can learn about a wide array of alternative therapies, natural remedies, astrology, intuitive arts and more. Exhibitors range from local talent, stores and societies to international experts.
Light relief is provided by entertainers ranging from belly dancers to Buddhist chanters. There are also a large number of lectures and workshops where holistic practitioners discuss the efficacy of their work and how holistic methods can be incorporated into ordinary people's lives.
