The Sarajevo winter festival - Sarajevan Winter - lasts a full two months, with at least one cultural event taking place every day. The entertainment includes dance, music, opera and theatre, as well as city walks and organised trips to the museum.
In 2007, there is an exhibition of contemporary Slovakian architecture, a presentation of Korean contemporary art, performances from the Ankara State Theatre, discussions on Bollywood movies, Iranian film screenings, extreme sports and flamenco.
