Bruges has a long history of lacemaking and the Lace Centre keeps this tradition alive. Running several courses in the intricacies of the trade and offering demonstrations, the centre is a hub for the modern trade.
The casual observer can choose to explore the museum and, if inspired, perhaps enroll on one of the centre's to be initiated to the trade.
