The Porcia Comedy Festival, concentrating on great comic plays, takes place inside Spittal an der Draun's atmospheric Porcia Castle every summer.
The festival, which includes nearly 70 separate events each year, has been a fixture in Spittal's cultural programme for four decades. There are a number of productions each year, bringing together comic masterpieces from various different traditions.
