The OMEGA Traunsee Week is the most important event in the Austrian water sports calendar. Around 800 competitors in different boat classes flock to Traunsee Lake to take part in this national and international regatta.
Contestants battle it out in 15 different categories in an attempt to become the European Champion, the Europe Cup winner, Austrian Champion and Austrian Class Champion. Back on dry land, there are plenty of events to keep the crowds entertained, including themed parties, exhibitions, shows and trade fairs.
