The Dreaming Festival celebrates indigenous culture in all its forms - from music and visual arts to ancient healing techniques. The festival site (with camping area) is located in a natural valley just outside of Woodford in Queensland.
The event not only celebrates the local culture of the Jinibara people, but also of indigenous tribes across Australia and the rest of the world.
Camping on-site overnight is recommended to those who want to fully immerse themselves in the activities - ranging from film, long-standing rituals, comedy and street entertainment to storytelling around campfires and all kinds of performing arts.
