Adelaide awakens to all things alternative at the Body Mind & Psychic Expo. Held at the Adelaide Showground, the event boasts workshops, lectures, talks and demonstrations on topics from astrology to reflexology.
With over 300 trading stalls, alternative health practitioners, tarot and tea leaf readers, healthy foods, bands and buskers, think of an alternative therapy and it's sure to be represented somewhere in the stands.
There was a tradition that every paying customer received a free crystal, but even if that is no longer the case, expect to feel some good vibrations.
