Simon Gough is an award-winning cheesemaker and opened Binnorie Dairy in 2003 after travelling and making chese throughout Europe. At Binnorie, Simon's passion and skill combine with locally-sourced milk to create cheese of an international standard.
Sample Labna, a Mediterranean yoghurt-based cheese that has been infused with chilli and rosemary, Bella Mascarpone, Herb & Garlic Fromage Frais and the "Gold Medal" Marinated Fetta. All cheeses are reasonably priced, so there is no reason why you can't try and buy.
