Belair National Park is packed with leisure facilities. Aside from the abundant flora and fauna, there are tennis courts, picnic areas, gas barbecues (that can be used free of charge), a couple of sporting ovals and a kids' adventure playground.
Belair National Park was the birthplace of South Australia's national park system. This 835-hectare reserve was dedicated in 1891, making it the first National Park in South Australia.
