The Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix (or simply Moto GP) at the Phillip Island Circuit is one of the world's great motorcycling extravaganzas. Can young Australian Casey Stoner retain his title after winning the competition in 2007?

Besides the races, Phillip Island sees practice rounds and qualification in the 500cc, 250cc and 125cc classes, while the Supersport and Cameron Interstate 250cc Production races provide a showcase for up-and-coming Australian riders.

The racing itself is incredible and the track is one of the fastest in the world. With the long Gardner Straight and sweeping corners, it provides perfect viewing from every vantage point, particularly the Bass Straight.

In-between races, there's a chance to take in an action-packed line-up of displays and activities, including a Freestyle Motocross display, an aerial display, stunt and drag shows, as well as a special motorcycle trade Expo.
