The Bonbini Festival takes place every Tuesday in the courtyard of Fort Zoutman, the oldest building in Aruba (built in 1756), which includes a museum and cannons. On offer each week are a selection of local delicacies, crafts and dancing - a good introduction to the traditions of the island.
