Organised by the government's Department of Music, the yearly Buenos Aires Percussion takes place in various cultural centres, theatres and performances spaces throughout the city.
Those with a passion for percussion can delight themselves with a full 13-day agenda of recitals of street percussion, Argentine folkloric music and Afro-Cuban and Oriental rhythms, all featuring renowned percussionists.
